• Account details you give us: name, email address and password (managed by our authentication provider).
• Workspace content you create: company profile, ideas, financial inputs, documents, notes and the files you upload.
• Usage data needed to run the service: pages visited, errors and basic traffic information.

• To provide the platform: save your work, generate documents and return AI output based on your own inputs.
• To keep the service reliable and secure: diagnose errors, prevent abuse and improve the product.
• To contact you about your account or important service changes.

Your workspace content is used only to deliver the features you use. We do not sell your data, and we do not publish your startup content unless you export or share it yourself.

When you use an AI tool, the startup context needed for that request is sent to our AI model providers to generate the result. Generated output is stored in your workspace alongside the inputs that produced it.

We share data only with the service providers that run the platform — hosting and database, AI model providers, email delivery, and payment processing if a paid plan is introduced. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your account is required to keep your workspace private: each founder can only access their own records. Uploaded company logos are stored publicly so they can be displayed in the product.

Workspace content is kept while your account is active. Delete a record and it is removed from your workspace. If you close your account, contact us and we will remove your data, except where we are required to retain records by law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and optional analytics cookies only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the site footer.

You can access, correct, export or delete your information from within the platform. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to request a copy of your data. Contact the Launch Lab team from your account menu to exercise any of these rights.

Launch Lab is intended for founders aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

If this policy changes materially we will tell you before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
