Launch Lab is a workspace for founders to validate an idea, plan a business, model finances and prepare fundraising materials, with AI assistance. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• One person, one account. Do not share credentials or resell access.

You own everything you put into Launch Lab — your company profile, ideas, financial data and documents. You give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload anything you add, and for keeping your workspace private if the information is confidential.

AI-generated plans, financial models, documents and advice are drafts produced from the information you provide. They can be incomplete or wrong and are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Review everything before you rely on it or share it with a third party.

• Do not use Launch Lab for unlawful activity, or upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the platform, or access another founder's data.
• Do not use the AI features to generate harmful or deceptive material.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The platform is offered free of charge at present. Features may be added, changed or removed, and paid plans may be introduced later — if that happens, we will tell you in advance and nothing you already have will stop working without notice.

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the extent the law allows, Launch Lab is provided as is, without warranties, and we are not liable for business decisions, lost profits or losses arising from reliance on generated content.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may end access if these terms are seriously breached. On request we will delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
